Is Google Burying Your 21228 Business to Leads Only Two Miles Away? I Can Help With a Free Audit to Tell You Why!

You're at your shop on Frederick Road, your phone rings, and you're keeping busy.

You might think your online presence is "fine." But there is a silent problem happening
every single day in Catonsville.

Imagine a neighbor in Ellicott City or over in Arbutus has an emergency like their A/C
dying or a baseball going through their front window. They grab their phone and search
for help like "emergency a/c near me" or "emergency a/c Arbutus".

If you aren't seeing your name at the very top of that list with the map, you don't exist to them.

The "Red Zone" Problem

Most business owners are shocked when they see their "Visibility Grid." Think of this
like a digital heat map of your neighborhood.

The Green Zone: This is a tiny circle around your front door where you show up on the map.

The Red Zone: This is everywhere else—just 2 or 3 miles away—where your business is completely invisible.

If you are in the "Red Zone," your competitors are stealing 70% of the local calls simply because
they are visible and you aren't. It's not that they're better at the job; they're just better at
showing up on the map.

Why You Are Being Hidden

If you aren't showing up in that top "Map Pack" (the box at the top of Google with the map and phone numbers),
it's usually because of three things:

Vague Service Pages: You tell Google you do "Glass" or "HVAC," but your competitors are telling Google they are experts in "Frameless Shower Door Installation" or "Emergency AC Repair."

Neighborhood Gaps: You haven't "pinned" your business to local spots like Westview, Paradise, or Oella in a way that Google's AI understands.

Technical Leaks: Your website might have "broken" connections that make Google trust you less than the guy down the street.

See Your Business Through Your Customers' Eyes

I'm a local specialist based right here in Catonsville. I help local shops stop being invisible
and start claiming their fair share of the neighborhood.

This week, I'm offering 5 free "Visibility Audits." I'll send you a 5-minute video showing you
exactly where you are "Green" and where you are "Red," plus the top 3 things you can do to fix it.

Design Partners Wanted: Let Me Get You Your Google Blue Check For Free!

I'm excited to share that after over two years of helping a much larger agency
work with niche local markets, I'll be bringing my expertise to the table as
a product! I'm interested in pairing with some design partners in the Greater
Baltimore / Maryland / Delaware / Northern Virginia / DC area who have local
businesses of any kind that could benefit from a stronger presence in Google
Search.

Does that sound like you? There's more good news - I'm only charging costs
during the design partnership phase; I just have to pay some bills and cover
business hosting costs; I'd rather you use your marketing money for the
actual lead bidding process. Still sound like you?

There will be a few bumps of course, but you won't really feel those. You'll
just see qualified leads start to pour in and you didn't have to give anyone
a credit card. I'm very serious!

Why I'm Doing A GBP/LSA Management Partnership Program

I was initially just going to give the service away as gratis for a few
select businesses I know I could use for calibrating everything I'm building,
but the problem with gifts is they're legally hard for some businesses to
accept, because they can be rescinded.

In that spirit, I'll be giving away access to my services, which will include
but not necessarily be limited to:

Auditing your existing profile and creating one of you don't have one yet.

Optimizing your category placement abd text that sets customer expectations
through describing what you provide.

Research on how you're doing against other local competitors and what they're
doing in terms of effort, how your market has been behaving overall, and lots
of other factors.

Creating your Google LSA Profile and accepting the qualification calls! You
just have to do a spend on some keywords, and I'll field the leads in a way
that quickly disqualifies who you can't help and refer appointments for those
that you can.

This is normally priced in the thousands. And thousands is what I'd be willing to
spend (if I had thousands laying around) to really test this system before I open
officially, so it's a good deal to me as long as you're serious about following
through.

How Long Does This Take?

You will start seeing results the same week, usually, but there's a training period
as well as a lull while Google "tests" your reviews alignment with expectations that
your business profile sets. I examine these scientifically with semantic divergence
tools and alert you to any problems, but you can expect real growth to "catch" after
30 days, with fine-tuning being completed between 45-60 days.

The projects I set up for you will become "hand-off" ready within a couple of weeks;
I'll just have to continue tending them through the process while we optimize for
acceleration.

When Do I Start Paying?

When you're seeing a steady stream of qualified leads and not over-spending any of
your marketing budgets, or 60 days, whichever comes first. This is discussed in our
initial kick-off and decided upon contextually, mutually, and flexibly.
